At Inspired Minds, we offer a range of counselling services to support your mental health and well-being. Services are tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, and we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate busy lifestyles.
Individual Therapy
Our individual therapy sessions are designed to help you explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe and supportive environment. The therapeutic approach is largely based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with influences taken from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Sessions are typically 50 minutes long, and our fees are as follows:
Initial Assessment (60 mins)
Online - £20
Face-to-face- £40
Individual Therapy (50 mins)
Online - £65
Face-to-face- £85
Discounted rates may be available for low-income clients
Please note that online therapy is conducted via a secure and confidential video platform. It is recommend that you have a reliable internet connection and a private space where you can engage in therapy without interruption. Group Therapy
Our group therapy sessions are designed to provide a supportive environment where you can connect with others who are going through similar experiences. Structured group programs running for 6-8 weeks will run periodically, with specific pricing plans. These will be advertised as scheduled, and are designed to provide a more structured and intensive therapeutic experience. These programs require a commitment to attend all sessions, and may have specific themes or goals depending on the group.
